A ground-breaking collaboration between Corporate Leadership Center, Kellogg School of Management and CEOs of major corporations, this innovative program focuses on the CEO’s agenda – issues that the CEO cannot delegate.
CEO Perspective participants gain experience outside their company and industry boundaries by interacting with the brightest minds and most effective practitioners to ask the right questions and make better decisions through thoughtful framing and insights from others.
The program is valuable as key executives make a transition from functional or business line expertise to company-wide effectiveness, providing short, concentrated sessions spread over several months while building an ongoing peer network. |

Recent studies show little progress in the representation of women in top corporate roles, while consistently demonstrating a positive correlation between women in executive positions and superior competitive financial performance.
Leading Women Executives is offered to a limited number of CEO-sponsored, high-potential female business leaders. Companies complete an assessment of organizational progress and issues regarding retention and advancement of women executives, and assign senior internal advocates to support their Leading Women Executives participants.
Participants engage in intensive leadership sessions over several months, applying research insights and creating a personal action plan. The implications for each participating company are reviewed at the program’s completion. |
